minced pork 120g
preserved cabbage in olive 2 tbsp
sugar snap peas 160 g
cloves garlic , chopped 2
spring onion , chopped 2 stalk
chilli, chopped ¼
Marinade : (Minced pork)
sugar ¼ tsp
cornstarch 1 tsp
light soya sauce ½ tbsp
water ½ tbsp
sesame oil and pepper A little
water 5 tbsp
cornstarch ½ tsp
light soya sauce 1 tbsp
sesame oil A little
1.Mix minced pork with marinade and leave for 10min.
2.Drain preserved cabbage from olive . Chop the rest of the ingredients.
3.Parboil the sugar snap peas in half wok of water with 1 tsp. salt and 1 tsp sugar
4.Heat 3 tbsp. oil, saut minced pork until 80% cooked, add preserved cabbage and remaining ingredients. Mix well.
5.Add sauce and cook well. Dish and serve.
