鲜鱿蒸肉饼

材料

Pork loin (枚头肉) 160g (4 taels)
squid(鲜鱿鱼) 80 g (2 taels)
water chestnut(马蹄) 3 pcs
spring onion 1 stalk

调味料

salt 1/2 tsp
sugar 1/4 tsp
light soya sauce 1 tsp
cornstarch 1/2 Tbsp
water 2 Tbsp
pepper and sesame oil A little
oil 1/2 Tbsp
egg white 1 Tbsp

做法


1.Peel and dice water chestnut. Dice spring onion.
2.Rinse and wipe pork dry, cut into cubes and then mince roughly, mix seasoning.
3. Remove head, tail, and shin of squid, cut into small diced. Mix together with minced pork and water chestnut, leave for 10 minutes.
4.Place minced pork onto a greased plate and steam over high heat for 15 minutes.
5.Remove from heat, top with diced spring onion. Sprinkle with a little cooked oil and light soya sauce.
